Who we are

JashnO is owned and operated as a platform by Jashno Innovations Pvt. Ltd., which develops the technology and owns the intellectual property. All domestic payment processing, tax compliance and customer fulfilment within India are managed by Eduprimes Solution, our authorized Indian merchant of record. Payments are securely processed in INR by our authorized billing partner, Eduprimes Solution.

1. The service

JashnO lets you design digital invitations, 4K motion invites, marriage biodatas and ATS resumes online. Designing and previewing is free. A free draft carries a watermark; paying removes it.

2. Digital unlocks and pricing

• Digital Cards and Marriage Biodata: ₹99 per unlock (list price shown at checkout).
• ATS Resume: ₹99 per unlock.
• 4K Video Invites: from ₹199 per video; longer films are priced as shown at checkout.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. A valid coupon is applied to the payable total before you pay.
• An unlock covers the single design you created. Substantial new designs need a new unlock.

3. Personal, non-commercial licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the finished wedding card, video, biodata or resume for your own family event or job search. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our templates, motifs, music or fonts, or use them to build a competing template library.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the names, photographs and text you enter and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. You keep ownership of your content.

5. Fair use of Sarthi AI and resume exports

• Sarthi AI suggestions are drafting aids. Review them — dates, names, figures and achievements must be true and are your responsibility.
• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, or to misrepresent qualifications.
• Automated scraping, bulk generation and attempts to bypass watermarks or payment are prohibited. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive use.

6. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy at /refund-policy. Because you can inspect a free draft before paying, delivered digital goods are generally non-refundable except for technical failure.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected unlock. We are not responsible for printing, venue, vendor or event outcomes.
