Your wedding details, resume history and kundali parameters are personal. We treat them that way.

What we collect

• Content you type into a design: names, dates, family and venue details, resume content, birth and horoscope details.
• Photos you add to a design.
• Contact details you give us (phone, email) and basic order information needed to deliver and support your purchase.
• Basic technical data (browser, device type) for reliability and security.

How we use it

Only to build, preview, export and deliver your design, to process payment, and to support you. We do not use your personal details for advertising.

No sale, no sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers strictly needed to run the service (for example the payment gateway and message/email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires.

Eduprimes Solution acts as our authorized data processor and merchant of record for payment transactions.

Storage and security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment gateway; we do not store them.

Cookies and local storage

We use minimal browser local storage to keep your in-progress draft on your device so you do not lose work. We do not use it for cross-site tracking. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@jashno.com. We respond within the timelines required by Indian law.

Children

The service is meant for adults arranging events or applying for jobs. Do not enter a child’s details without a parent or guardian’s consent.
