Cancellation & Refund Policy

JashnO sells digital goods that are delivered instantly. This policy explains how that affects cancellations and refunds.

Try before you pay

Every design can be exported as a free watermarked draft, so you can fully inspect layout, spelling and appearance before purchase. Please check names, dates and spellings carefully on the draft.

When a refund applies

• You paid but the file did not download, or failed to render or export correctly.
• You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
• A payment was debited but the unlock was not activated.

In these cases we will either fix the problem immediately or refund you. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation, back to the original payment method by Eduprimes Solution, our authorized billing partner; your bank may take a few more working days to show it.

When a refund does not apply

Once a clean file has been successfully delivered, the purchase is final: it cannot be returned, and refunds are not given for change of mind or for mistakes in text you entered. Edits to your own design are available before download.

Cancellation

You can abandon a design at any time at no cost. Nothing is charged until you complete payment.
